Guidelines governing direct property discovery, specifications review, and direct offer structures.
1. Purpose & Direct Nature
BHOOMIX is a direct communication and transaction platform designed to facilitate transactions directly between property owners and prospective buyers. BHOOMIX is not a real-estate brokerage, does not act as an intermediary, and does not charge commission fees.
2. Property Specifications
All dimensions, furnishing descriptions, visual gallery photography, and proximity stats are provided directly by the property owner. While we seek to ensure data accuracy, users are required to execute independent physical and layout verifications.
3. Non-Binding Structured Offers
Submitting a purchase offer through the BHOOMIX platform constitutes a non-binding proposal to initiate direct negotiation. It does not establish a legal sales agreement. Legal agreements must be drafted, validated, and signed separately under local registration rules.
4. Financing Disclosures
Home-loan financing may be available subject to lender-specific legal, technical and borrower eligibility checks. BHOOMIX does not guarantee financing approval from any banking partner.
5. Legal Due Diligence
Buyers bear sole responsibility for conducting complete legal title checks (including mutation clearances, deed registries, encumbrance verifications) before committing funds or executing property registries.
